  3. Prepare 1 packages of sharp cheddar cheese (8 oz).

  5. It's 1 loaf of french bread.
  6. Prepare 1 packages of broccoli florets (12 oz).
  7. You need 1/4 tsp of nutmeg.
  8. You need 2 tbsp of chopped onion.
  9. You need 3 tbsp of chopped roasted red pepper.
  10. Prepare 2 tbsp of dijon mustard.
  11. You need 1 tsp of italian seasoning.
  12. You need 1 tsp of black pepper.
  13. It's 1/4 cup of parmesan cheese.
  14. Prepare 1 packages of fresh sliced mushrooms.

Breakfast/Brunch Casserole step by step

  1. preheat oven to 325'.
  2. in deep casserole dish tear in pieces 3/4 loaf French bread.
  3. sprinkle ham over bread.
  4. defrost broccoli in microwave and squeeze out water. sprinkle in casserole dish.
  5. sprinkle mushrooms in casserole dish.
  6. sprinkle 3/4's cheddar cheese.
  7. beat eggs.
  8. tear remaining 1/4 French bread into pieces & add to casserole dish.
  9. add onion,red pepper,nutmeg,black pepper,dijon mustard,italion seasoning & milk & cream & mix together.
  10. make sure all bread is covered with custard (may need to mix with hands).
  11. top with remaining cheddar & parm cheese.
  12. let set a few hours or overnight.
  13. bake uncovered for 45 min's to an hour. (a knife should come out clean in the middle).
  14. let cool for 10 min's & serve.
